Amanda has been working in plastic surgery for over 10 years. She is a nurse practitioner with the Department of Plastic Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She is also a Certified Wound Specialist.
President-Elect Gerrie Obi, MSN, ARNP, RN, CPSN, ISPAN - F
Gerrie is certified in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care and Plastic Surgery Nursing. Over the past decade she has held positions in several of the major aesthetic corporations serving as a an educator and physician liaison providing clinical and scientific support for various products. She is also an international trainer; she trains the trainers as well as other Master injectors, both nationally and internationally. Gerrie has trained thousands of aesthetic providers globally over the past decades as well as providing innovative Aesthetic care for countless clients in private practice for over 35 years.
Secretary-Treasurer Kristi Elliott, RN, FNP-C, CPSN, ISPAN - F
Kristi has been a nurse for over 20 years. She has experience in both Women's Health and Plastic Surgery, with the last 10 years being in private and academic plastic surgery practices. She is a nurse practitioner at The University of Texas Medical Branch, Division of Plastic Surgery.
Director Connie M. Brennan, RN, CPSN, CANS, ISPAN - F
Licensed Registered Nurse

Connie is currently the National Director of Aesthetic Education for Life Time LifeSpa/Medi Corporation and President/Founder of Aesthetic Enhancement Solutions, LLC. Connie is a licensed registered nurse in ten states and has earned advanced certifications in aesthetic injectables, laser treatments, skin care, sclerotherapy, clinical photography and perioperative nursing over the course of 28 years in aesthetic medicine. Connie is a published author, public speaker and has worked as the aesthetic chair on the Editorial Board of the PSNCB as well as an expert alongside the ISPAN task force in creating the first Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) exam.
Director Pamela Messina, BSN, CPSN, CANS
Pamela is a registered nurse with over 30 years of clinical experience of which the last 26 have been in the specialty of plastic surgery. A certified aesthetic nurse specialist, certified plastic surgery nurse and RNFA Pamela has practiced both in the academic and private practice realms. As the clinical nurse manager for the division of plastic surgery, Pam has also has significant research experience. Given a broad clinical experience, Pam has served as a resource for several plastic surgery offices. Having served on the Membership Engagement Committee, Pam hopes to continue her service to ISPAN and broaden her ability to extend the role of the plastic surgery nurse in all aspects.
Director Michele McCullough, RN
Michele has been a registered nurse for over 25 years. She has spent the last 10 years working in The Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Michele has been active in ISPAN since joining in 2012. Michele has served on the Educational Program Committee and as the Chair of the Membership Engagement Committee.
Director Rebecca J. Suess, RN, BSN, CPSN, CANS
Rebecca has worked in aesthetics for her entire nursing career. She has worked in dermatology, facial plastic surgery, and plastic surgery. She ventured into the realm of business ownership in 2017 with the opening of The Refinery Skin Clinic. Besides working in her clinic as a full-time injection specialist, Rebecca also works as an independent educator through Rebecca Suess Aesthetics, LLC, as well as in collaboration with Allergan Medical Institute. Rebecca has been a member of ISPAN since 2011. She understands the power of community, unity, and advocacy that comes through being a part of a nursing association that is filled with nurses who are passionate about their profession.

Nurse, Educator, Consultant, and Author

Georgia, with 15 plus years in plastic surgery nursing, is an advanced practice - Certified Plastic Surgery Nurse, educator, consultant and author working in the mid-Michigan area and beyond. She has been enthusiastically involved with the ISPAN since 2003. As a service advocate, Georgia has actively participated on various ISPAN committees and in leadership roles.
