Michele has been a registered nurse for over 25 years. She has spent the last 10 years working in The Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Michele has been active in ISPAN since joining in 2012. Michele has served on the Educational Program Committee and as the Chair of the Membership Engagement Committee.

With over 30 years of clinical experience, primarily in the peri-operative setting in a wide variety of locations, often as a traveling nurse, Melissa possesses a respected blend of experience and skill. Working in aesthetics since 2010, Melissa believes patient safety and continuing education are paramount. She currently splits her time between Paso Robles, California where she is Founder and CEO of Paso Robles Aesthetics, and a satellite clinic in Lafayette, California.

Sonya M. Ellis is the co-founder, lead injector and head trainer at the L.A.B., an award-winning med spa located in Southlake Texas. She has been injecting for over 18 years, has been in plastic surgery and aesthetics for 25 years, and is considered a KOL in the industry. She is also one of only two nurses in the state of Texas to not only hold a certification in Aesthetics but also Plastic Surgery. She trains for some of the top aesthetic manufacturers, lectures at several aesthetic conferences, and served as the Aesthetic Chair for the International Society of Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Nursing Education Committee. She offers private and group advanced technique classes in her state-of-the-art training facility located 15 minutes away from the DFW Airport. She loves to train and mentor the next generation of injectors.

Natalie has been a nurse for over ten years and is fortunate to practice alongside some of the best in the field of aesthetic and plastic surgery. Her specialty is in non-surgical hair restoration and non-surgical facial and body rejuvenation. Natalie is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist which is credentialed by the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board. She received her master's in nursing at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. Natalie strives to be a positive force in her patients' lives by treating them with genuine respect and kindness. She aims to deliver safe and effective care to her patients while putting their emotional and physical needs at the forefront. Her goal is to build a trusting rapport with her patients and assist them in not only looking their best but also feeling their best.

Crystal tenCate earned her RN degree in 2005 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2017 from Texas Woman’s University in Houston, Texas. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, with expected completion in 2026.

Crystal has dedicated the past 15 years to the field of plastic surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she serves as an inpatient nurse practitioner. She has held Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse (CPSN) certification since 2017. Her commitment to excellence in patient care and leadership was recognized with the Heart of MD Anderson Award.
