Rebecca Suess, MSN, RN, APRN, CNP, AGPCNP-BC, CPSN, CANS, ISPAN-F

Rebecca Suess, MSN, APRN, CNP, AGPCNP-BC, CANS, CPSN, ISPAN-F, is a triple board-certified nurse practitioner working in aesthetics and a nationally recognized leader, educator, and advocate for excellence in plastic and aesthetic nursing. Her career spans dermatology, facial plastic surgery, and plastic and reconstructive surgery—bringing a comprehensive, safety-first perspective to every aspect of aesthetic care and professional education. Rebecca currently serves as President of ISPAN.

Michele McCullough, MSN, RN, AMB-BC, CPSN, ISPAN-F

Michele has been a registered nurse for over 30 years. She has spent the last 15 years working in The Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Michele has been active in ISPAN since joining in 2012. Michele has served on the Educational Program Committee and as the Chair of the Membership Engagement Committee.

Melissa Gorden, CANS, CNOR(E)

With over 30 years of clinical experience, primarily in the peri-operative setting in a wide variety of locations, often as a traveling nurse, Melissa possesses a respected blend of experience and skill. Working in aesthetics since 2010, Melissa believes patient safety and continuing education are paramount. She currently splits her time between Paso Robles, California where she is Founder and CEO of Paso Robles Aesthetics, and a satellite clinic in Lafayette, California.

Natalie Feingold, AGNP-C, MSN, CANS

Natalie has been a nurse for over ten years and is fortunate to practice alongside some of the best in the field of aesthetic and plastic surgery. Her specialty is in non-surgical hair restoration and non-surgical facial and body rejuvenation. Natalie is a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist which is credentialed by the Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Board. She received her master's in nursing at Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Crystal TenCate, DNP, FNP-C, RN, CPSN

Crystal tenCate earned her RN in 2005, completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2017, and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in April 2026. She has 16 years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgical oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she practices as an inpatient nurse practitioner. She is a Certified Plastic Surgical Nurse and is actively involved in leadership and quality improvement.

T. Nicole Kelley, MSN, ACNP, CPSN, CANS, RNFA, CCRN

T. Nicole Kelley, MSN, ACNP, CPSN, CANS, RNFA, CCRN, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with more than three decades of nursing experience and over 20 years in advanced practice, specializing in aesthetics, trauma, and facial plastic surgery. Since beginning her nursing career in 1988 and advancing to nurse practitioner practice in 2003, she has built a distinguished career at the intersection of reconstructive excellence and aesthetic innovation.

Sonya Ellis, APRN, CPSN, CANS

Sonya Ellis is the co-founder, lead injector and head trainer at the L.A.B., an award-winning med spa located in Southlake Texas. She has been injecting for over 18 years, has been in plastic surgery and aesthetics for 25 years, and is considered a KOL in the industry. She is also one of only two nurses in the state of Texas to not only hold a certification in Aesthetics but also Plastic Surgery. She trains for some of the top aesthetic manufacturers & lectures at several aesthetic conferences.

Kristi Elliott, APRN, FNP-C, CPSN, CANS, ISPAN-F

Kristi has been a nurse for over 30 years. She started her career in Women's Health but transitioned to Plastic Surgery in 2007. Since then, she has worked in both private and academic practices with aesthetic and reconstructive patients. She has also served on many ISPAN committees and as a Board Member, Secretary/Treasurer, and current President.
