Company Information: Gilpin Facial Plastics is a growing Facial Plastics business. Dr. Gilpin is dual board certified. We currently do both Facial Plastics and Ear, Nose and Throat in our clinic.
Job Description: High-end Facial Plastic Surgery and ENT office seeking nurse team member for full time position. Duties include anticipating physician needs to facilitate the flow of the clinic, supply management, precertification of surgeries and keeping clinic neat and well organized. Applicants must be energetic, kind-hearted, and professional, have a positive attitude, possess computer and typing skills and a heart-felt desire to make patients happy will help you succeed in this position. Clinical experience is a plus. Zero tolerance for facial piercings, unusual hair colors, or tattoos that may be in anyway visible when working - such as on the neck, chest, arms, or ankles. Must be available for training asap.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Nurse responsibility is to capture accurate and detail documentation (handwritten, electronic, or otherwise) of the encounter in a timely manner.
Qualifications: Minimum of a two-year degree, or two years or more experience in a medical office. Experience with Nextech EHR and medical coding training or certification are preferred but not required. RN preferred. Registered Nurse: 1 year.
Required license or certification: LPN, RN
